Hello CARA Parents!

Hope you are all doing well!

(Please disregard this email if you will not be attending the meet tomorrow 10/12/24.)

I received a finalized version of the heat sheet that will be used to run the meet on Saturday, October 12th, in Thornton at VMAC.

I wanted to send it out to each of you so that you can follow along while at the meet and keep up to date for when and what your children will be swimming. 

I have also included a copy of a sheet listing out each child's individual events, by name, which we will use to write their events on their arms. If you have time to do that prior to getting to the meet, we would really appreciate that!

Again, please let me know if you have any questions regarding heating or the swim meet and we will see you all bright and early tomorrow morning! 

As a reminder, please shoot to have you and your families at the pool for 6:45 am.

We are all very excited for tomorrow!
