Hello CARA Parents!

Apologies for the late email!

(Please disregard this email if you will not be attending the meet tomorrow 9/21/24.)

I received a finalized version of the heat sheet that will be used to run the meet for Saturday, September 21^st in Thornton at VMAC.

I wanted to send it out to each of you so that you can follow along while at the meet and keep up to date for when and what your children will be swimming.

This is, of course, a rough example, so please do not hesitate to ask any questions about it!

Again, please let me know if you have any questions regarding heating or the swim meet and we will see you all bright and early tomorrow morning! As aa reminder, please shoot to have you and your families at the pool for 6:45 am.
